The Remembrance Window.

Located in the east end of the south aisle of St Wilfrid’s Church, Eggington, Derbyshire.

Overall height 114 inches x width 62 inches.

The design carries the spiritual message ‘I am the resurrection and the Life’. The whole cycle of nature indicates a continuous journey of death and new life. The landscape scene shows elements of the richness of life with several localised landmarks incorporated within the composition. Christian symbols of the Cross, the Sun, the Moon and the Rainbow are also represented.
